KICKBOXING / MUAY THAI

Insanity Kickboxing  Muay Thai

Fast high energy jabs, knees, elbows, and kicks to get you dripping in sweat. This high intensity class and uses techniques from our Mixed Martial Arts programming incorporating Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and Thai Pad Work.  All fitness levels are welcome (50-60 min)

L1/L2 Champion Kickboxing System Muay Thai Ranking Class

Earn your Black Belt in this Muay Thai Kickboxing system! This class focuses on striking, footwork and counter techniques used by World Champions.  Attendance is important if you want to advance and earn your belts in this system.   All experience levels are welcome (60 min)

Core  Kickboxing Muay Thai

Fast high energy jabs, knees, elbows, and kicks to get you dripping in sweat. This high intensity class and uses techniques from our Mixed Martial Arts programming incorporating Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and Thai Pad Work.  This class has an added 15 minutes of extreme ab workout that not only battles the bulge but strengthens your abdominals, back muscles and hip flexors.  All fitness levels are welcome (55 min)

L1/L2 Kickboxing Technique Muay Thai

This class is great for both beginners and advanced.  This discipline utilizes strikes, kicks, elbows and knees. A great addition to your Cardiovascular workout program. Suitable for all Fitness Levels. (55 min)

L1/L2 Kickboxing Technique and Timing Muay Thai

This class is great for both beginners and advanced.  This discipline utilizes strikes, kicks, elbows and knees.  Advanced students work on timing and sparring techniques. A great addition to your Cardiovascular workout program. Suitable for all Fitness Levels. (55 min)

L1 Kickboxing Bagwork Muay Thai

This class is your first introduction to Muay Thai. This discipline utilizes strikes, kicks, elbows and knees. A great addition to your Cardiovascular workout program. Suitable for all Fitness Levels. (55 min)

L2 Kickboxing Muay Thai

Advanced Kickboxing/Muay Thai.  This discipline utilizes strikes, kicks, elbows and knees. Some sparring included (optional) Full gear required (55 min)

BOXING

Bootcamp Boxing & Abs

This class starts off with a boxing basic, jump roping! Use the bags to Punch, Jab, Cross and Drop in this dynamic full body workout. 15 minutes of high intensity sprints, abs, burpees, lunges give this class a bootcamp feel!  A great stress reliever! Suitable for all levels. Bag gloves are mandatory. (55 min)

Champions Boxing & Conditioning

This class is a super powered combo of Boxing and Conditioning taught by 5x World Champion, Kathy Long.   Punch, Jab, Cross and Drop in this dynamic full body workout. Class consists drills, bag work, mitts and plyometrics. A great stress reliever! Suitable for all levels. Gloves are mandatory. (55 min)

Ultimate Bagwork Boxing & Core

Get in great shape with this Boxing Bagwork class. Take your training to the next level! Punch, Jab, Cross and Drop in this dynamic full body workout. Class consists drills, bag work, mitts and plyometrics. A great stress reliever! Suitable for all levels. Bag gloves are mandatory. (55 min)

L1 Boxing Technique

Use the tools of a modern boxer to reach your fitness goals. This 50 minute class will take you through boxing technique and conditioning. This class will enhance your speed, strength and agility while giving you a great cardiovascular workout. This class is designed for all fitness levels and appropriate for both men and women. (55 min)

L2 Boxing Technique

This is an advanced boxing class with light sparring also called “timing.”  This class will enhance your speed, strength and agility while giving you a great cardiovascular workout.  Full gear required. (55 min)

Boxing Mit Work

This powerful class will use focus mits to step up the cardio with  jabs, crosses and drops in this dynamic full body workout. Class consists drills, mit work, and strength training.  A great stress reliever! Suitable for all levels. Gloves are mandatory. (55 min)

Boxing Beatdown

This class will drench you in sweat as you take your training to the next level! Punch, Jab, Cross and Drop in this dynamic full body workout. Class consists drills, bag work, mitts and plyometrics. A great stress reliever! Suitable for all levels. Gloves are mandatory. (55 min)

GRAPPLING

Grappling Bootcamp Wrestling

Train like a fighter in a class that strengthens you physically and mentally. Our intense, high energy conditioning drills, coupled with techniques from Wrestling & Grappling, will build your cardio and muscular endurance like you've only imagined. (55 min)

Judo

A sport and method similar to wrestling developed in Japan in the 19th Century. Judo; meaning "the gentle way" utilizes throws and submissions. Class is suitable for all fitness levels. (60 min)

L1 10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu

10th Planet Jiu Jitsu is a non-traditional system of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu developed by Eddie Bravo.  This is self defense system focuses on ground fighting techniques along with joint locks and chokes.  It will go over the basics of Rubbergaurd, the Twister, and other specialized moves.  Great for exercise, competition, or as an addition to your MMA program.  No Gi is required.   Class is suitable for all fitness levels. (60 min)

L2 10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu

10th Planet Jiu Jitsu is a non-traditional system of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu developed by Eddie Bravo.  This is self defense system focuses on ground fighting techniques along with joint locks and chokes.   No Gi is required.   Class is suitable for advanced fitness levels only.  Must know the “warm up” before entering class which can be found at the front desk.   (120 min)

10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu Competition Class

This class in INVITE ONLY but focuses on drills and rolling techniques for competition. (120 min)

FITNESS/STRENGTH/OTHER

Strength & Conditioning

Strength & Conditioning is a HIGH INTENSITY class that includes suicides, squats, push ups, sit-ups, burpees, crab walks, bear crawls, and pretty much every other form of muscle torture you can think of.  Great for all fitness levels, just go at your own pace! (55 min)

Strength Conditioning Scot Mendelson

Strength Conditioning lead by Scot Mendelson as he guides you through the basics of strength training and strength and conditioning. (60-80 min)

MMA Workout

This class is a true mixed martial arts style extreme fitness program.  Burn calories, build lean muscle, and get RIPPED! This high intensity strength conditioning class will get you drenched in sweat in no time! All fitness levels welcomed. (55 min)

Team Practice

This is an INVITE ONLY class for the Fight Team to work on drills for competition.

Capoeira

An African and Brazilian fighting that combines martial arts, fluid acrobatics, kicks, sweeps, body throws and fighting movements.  (120 min)

KIDS

Kids Boxing kids ages 6-12

Kids 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu kids ages 6-12

Kids Jiu-Jitsu is a self defense system that focuses on ground fighting techniques along with joint locks and chokes. In Kids Jiu-jitsu class you will learn how to defend and or attack an opponent on the ground. (60 min)

Kids Open Rolli kids ages 6-12

This is an INVITE ONLY class where kids who compete or want to compete in Jiu-Jitsu tournaments work on technique (60 min)

Kids Kickboxing Muay Thai kids ages 6-12

Use your feet, hands, shins, elbows, and knees are all employed extensively with tremendous effectiveness in this highly cardiovascular martial art. (60 min)

Kids Fight Fit kids ages 6-12

Kick, Punch, Jab, Kick, Sprawl, and sweat in this dynamic full body workout. Class consists drills, bag work, mitts, footwork, ground work,  and plyometrics.  A great energy release! Suitable for all levels. (60 min)

Kids MMA kids ages 6-12

Kick, Punch, Jab, Kick, Sprawl, and sweat in this dynamic full body workout. Class consists drills, bag work, mitts, footwork, ground work,  and plyometrics.  A great energy release! Suitable for all levels. (60 min)
